Matty Day and Sam Farrell are Green Bay and Appleton residents, respectively, who want to make it easier for Wisconsin entertainment seekers to be entertained. Voila: Wis Happenin!

Rather than compile exhaustive lists of every little thing going on in the state, Wis Happenin is about highlighting can’t-miss events.

The hope is to allow independent artists and entertainers who don’t have dorky marketing degrees to be able to focus more on their arts than promotion.

And with social media audiences fragmenting, Wis Happenin’s meant to be a single source of (subjective) truth to find out what the heck’s goin’ on out there.
